There are plenty of other possible sources of evidence... probably having more to do with where the guy was, or was not, when it happened. If they can simply disprove his claimed alibi (if any), they've destroyed his credibility, and then circumstantial evidence might do the trick. Gonna be interesting I think.
He says he was in bed at home with his girlfriend (now fiance) at the time of the murders. He had a home surveillance system with cameras and all that was seized when SWAT and CID raided his home within a day or two of the murders. They had all his surveillance video, computers, and evidence seized from the house and he went through a but crawling with CID and local investigators in 2015 and they couldn't make anything of it. We'll see if they found something else.
