The flow there isn’t guaranteed for anyone hired after 2014, and a letter that stays in your file for 2 years can prevent you from flowing until it’s gone. The success rate is still far higher than CPP, clearly, which has far more steps and stumbling blocks, but there’s some fine print in there for the WOs.
This is the decision I am trying to make right now, and I’ve been struggling with trying to wade through all of the noisy disgruntlement over there, as well as understand how ExpressJet really is doing.
ExpressJet seems to have far better QOL and work rules, so it’s a conundrum for sure.
