Everyone was 121 ignorant at one point. It’s a yes/no answer. We have pulled back how many hours we are flying for UA. Servicing the hours we can handle. Trust me you will fly on reserve and as more people are hired....

I am far from a cheerleader, Xjet is trying to recover from the lack of hiring and upgrades for the last year. Attrition is still present but it’s mainly CA (very little FO lateral). It will take a year to fix what is wrong from our previous mgmt. Xjet is a gamble but I feel it’s a good gamble.
