Well if you fail out of initial but aren’t totally awful you may have a shot at teaching IPTs. Or if you’re here long enough/know the right people a job teaching in the sim is possible, being a check airman is possible, being a recruiter is possible, or even being a CP is possible. If you want it bad enough PSA can provide it. Anything is possible. What the chances are of those things happening compared to other regionals I have no idea.
