I will reiterate what most have said above. If you keep legit documentation of your flight times you will not have any issue. The kind of questions I received were like, (While thumbing through my paper bound electronic logbook) "So, when you were based in DTW, what were you flying?" Obviously he saw I was flying CRJs...

Another thing was like, "So whats a F900? Oh, ok... What was flying that like?"

It's just very basic general questions as to your logbook that as others have mentioned just are a basic verification that what you have submitted makes sense and you are able to answer questions about. They aren't trying to stump you here.

Have the spreadsheet printed out with the yearly times mentioned. When he saw that I had that done, he goes... "ahh perfect, thank you for printing this out. Now we'll have more time to just chat."

Just know, they are comparing your logbook totals in hand to what they have printed out from your submission on AirlineApps. Does everything you have here make sense... Dont stress about small discrepancies. I know for one column AirlineApps differed from what I had in my logbook by like 30hrs. I think it was something to do with Multi Engine PIC in which AirlineApps didn't count as PIC while I was under instruction but I was in fact PIC and I had logged it as so.

Something like that. As long as you can describe why you have what you have if it's at all different is all that matters with any discrepancy.

Good Luck
