Don’t forget you can also use iVD days and get vacation pay for those days instead of just losing two days pay.
You can also call scheduling and have a supervisor apply a VACB day, which will pull the pro-rated value of the reserve day from your vacation bank (i.e. it will pay ~30 minutes more than an IVD and won’t reduce the number of vacation days at your disposal like IVD’s do).
