The current language only requires a pilot vote for "significant" changes to pay or working conditions..... and in the exact words of the ALPA attorney to the MEC members… "it is this body here that determines the meaning of the word 'significant'."

They also are supposed to post all LOA's for 10 days to allow pilots to review and provide feeback before voting. They routinely vote to waive the required posting period, then vote right away.

The rules are too loose. They negotiate for months and in some cases, years.... but can't give the LOA the light of day for pilots to review it for 10 days? That should tell you all you need to know right there.
