That’s irrelevant. CBAs are negotiated based on the current negotiating environment (ie “market rate”). The number of CBAs or longevity of a union on property (or age of an airline for that matter) does not relate in any way to the quality of a CBA.
Talk to a negotiator and allow him/her to explain how the mediator looked at a given ask.
