Because that's all that matters, right? No one except you cares about the pilot group.
Can you please show us all your pay stub which details how you share your earnings with your fellow pilots?
I hesitate to waste my time answering someone who couldn't even figure out why JB pilots don't have an LOA to improve Profit Sharing yet. And then when someone explains it to them, you barely acknowledge it, and grossly misread the answer...

But here goes. Guys complain that if the habitual VDA/RSA crowd would stop then the entire group could all enjoy better QOL via improved company staffing and more upgrades. If line-holders/senior pilots stopped volunteering to be the company's reserve pilots on their days off, the company would be forced to plus up staffing in both seats to have ACTUAL reserves. That's their argument, which I don't exactly disagree with. But, when not in a Labor Dispute, it's not a particular hot button of mine.

MY point is, the habitual RSA/VDA crowd very much like their 120+ hours a month and don't WANT staffing fixed, even if much of the group does. They don't WANT proper staffing and 80 hours a month, they want ****-poor staffing and 120+ hours a month.

I know you struggle with basic concepts of communication and logic, but do you need this explained further or are you still as confused as you were trying to understand why JB pilots didn't already have an LOA to improve Profit Sharing?
