The first contract is the foundation of which all future CBA's that a company has is based off of just that .......the 1st one?

I am glad we did not follow any of the above airlines on their scope or their current CBA. We gave them something to strive for....
We have a good foundation SCOPE in our first CBA certainly not our last. Hopefully they can learn what we did on your first contract which they don't have in their #(enter current CBA edition).
If JB announces a new city, it is not guaranteed JB pilots fly it. Codeshare, both international and domestic is nearly unlimited. Nearly.
And, as for the number of contracts, when Delta, UAL, etc filed bankruptcy and took major concessions, they couldn't hold on to their great contracts simply because it took them 40-60-80 years to build or because it was contract 15.0. It's a factor, but not a deciding factor unless you all set your expectations so low because you think you don't deserve parity.
Just my opinion.
