It was reported to me today that the Southern new hire failure rate is at approximately 60%. I knew it was high but not that high. I am still trying to find out the time frame used to measure this failure rate.
I have heard the Atlas failure rate is at 30% as reported to me in the past few weeks. Also shockingly high.
Are there any instructors on here that can confirm if these reports are true?
