Offered an interview, waiting to get my schedule for next month, and call her back. Her first was for the 17th if anyone cares. Couldn't do it, wife's due on the 14th.

ALSO anyone know how seniority is determined? I tried to search, but I am a little slow. Hopefully it goes by age, and being an old man, I won't actually have to go ANC.???
