Actually AA regional pilots are already American Airlines pilots. Calling them regional pilots is really a misnomer. Especially those aviators rated in the E170/190. AA should actually just get rid of the standard paychecks for them and house them in barracks until they flow.
Well, geez, if you're gonna house them instead of pay them, then you might as well put them all back in Seminoles as well.
