On the other schedules anything between 14 and 16. If you're good at bidding and are senior enough to hold it, you can line things up to get 17-18 days on pretty consistently. There are opportunities to pick up extra days, more so on the CA side, but as staffing improves there will be less. An average day is 3-4 legs with 20-45 min turns. On some days throw a deadhead in there as well. There is the occasional 2-3 hour sit but it's not common. It's definitely not a bad place to be. There are aspects that could be improved as with any growing company, but people on the line are happy and there are good things on the horizon. The planes are showing up relatively on time compared to what was promised and so are the new route openings. A completely new scheduling system is in the works that should be ready in about 6 months and is supposed to fix a lot of the issues people are complaining about. It's honestly the thing I most look forward to.
Thank you! Does JetSuiteX have guaranteed days off per month? The first $10k come after completion of IOE? Does the “bonus” get taxed differently? In avg with all the added stuff, how much would you say a year 1 captain takes home first year?
