Skywest and Republic pilots, I need some help.. I am looking for information on both carriers. I'm currently employed by a 121 carrier, and thinking about leaving. My only choices are Skywest and Republic... need some info pertaining to growth and hiring for next year. Also, upgrade time. I live in Chicago but am willing to commute.
