We have a large applicant pool and can still be selective in our hiring process through the normal process. We can control or select the people we hire with our normal hiring process.
I understand the reasoning if we had a marketing agreement with the regional or they were providing lift for us. In that situation, we are attacking candidates to our regional, which benefits us ultimately.
That is not the case with any of the regionals we are providing flow to.
A demographic more likely to say “yes”??...just a thought
