Depends on what is best for you.

Where do you want to be in 5 years?
Are you commuting? - this will be a major impact on this decision.
Do you want to be at someone’s hub? Care if your based at an outstation?
Do you have shiny jet syndrome?

I tell people bid/pick what you want, not what you think you can hold:
Bid the seat
Bid the base
Bid the plane

Both have pros, both have cons. It’s very circumstantial to the individual.
