So forgive my ignorance, but if this the case why is it that pilots are not jumping into this opportunity? Meaning if the end goal is to get to a major as fast as possible?
So hypothetically: CFI to 1500 (1.5 yrs) - TSA (minimal reserve, quick line, junior manning
, no CA upgrade, but 1000 hours in 1.5 years) - eligible to apply to majors and legacy carriers. What am I missing here?
