Especially with our exceptionally weak-willed pilot group - we need someone who lets ALL the pilots know when we are at war. I flew with plenty of guys who didn't even understand when we were at the peak of our "labor dispute".

JB pilots DO NOT need subtle union leaders. We need hot heads who don't let the company get away with the abuses we are currently suffering under.

At the very least we need hot heads who make a lot of noise when the company is screwing us so the numbnuts amongst us understand the truth of what's happening.
