As far as I remember, the plan is approximately 150 upgrade and 300 new hires (150 growth and 150 to replace upgrading FOs)

The most recent vacancy bid was 5 openings in august for 5 FOs that started early May, so 3 month lead time.

The first classes of the hiring pick up in July would then be bidding for October, so it seems to me that’s when to expect a bigger vacancy bid put out.

As far as upgrades, say that would be 28 a month, doubtful they would begin pulling large numbers of FO’s off the line until they had new hires ready to fill the gap, so that may start a month or two after the initial new-hire machine cranks up.

It seems logical not to expect large vacancy bids with massive movement until close to the end of the year, and Q1 next year.... and that’s if there are no major hiccups/training backlogs/etc along the way.
