Hey y'all, just wondering if those who got picked up by a Legacy/Major from Active Duty/Guard would be so kind to post their stats? Also have heard some airlines don't like you doing the .3 or whatever conversion yourself and some have said they've used a service to do the conversion for them, any and all advice appreciated!

The stats vary depending on the type of flying done and the airline doing the hiring. Lots of fighter or fighter and instructor guys getting hired right at or close to 1500 hours. As for the sortie conversion, just read the application and follow their instructions.
