As stated on other threads, they have better rates and make out even better in other areas that have them crediting way more hours than a typical Envoy pilot. Don't come here for MIA either. It's fairly senior for the most part and not going to see any significant growth. You might get there but you'll be reserve on the 145 until you can find a better job.
