My life is 1000% better here than it was ever at the regionals flying 5-8 legs a day, early shows, late finishes, with zero support from the company on anything. The major problem here is that you are comparing your pay and schedule to the regionals. Something below you in your career.
You need to be comparing yourself to your peers at Delta United and SWA.
That would be like a Doctor being content with sub-par compensation saying "well I am paid more than I was in my residency!"
Are you making more than Delta? Better work rules than them?
