I know that we have at least one ‘95 hire that is a former scab and in a non-member non-paying status. My understanding is it boils down to ALPA saying we don’t even want germaine fees from you. That came out after said pilot wrote a testimonial praising and endorsing DPA. Based on their initial bylaws, he would have been allowed membership.
