Class by class, it hasn’t been followed 100%. Over the course of a year, they have. Some classes have less, some have more...but at the end of every year, it’s been 25%. As for being at a regional more than 10 years, with more than 500 jet PIC....that doesn’t always mean you’re unemployable or doing anything wrong. Many of us just had terrible timing. Your overall assessment of XJT is something I do agree with, though....minus the hyperbole.
