For those of you who were successful with the video screen - what strategy did you use for the resume review question? Did you do it like a "tell me about yourself" question where it was more conversational and interview prep company-esque, or did you chronologically go through everything on your resume? I made it sound like a professional conversation. I went through everything on my resume job and schooling wise. Like "I went to <insert college here> where I earned my <insert degree here> then afterwards I was afforded the opportunity to work for <insert job here>" or " I did <this> while working at <that>", Just an example. I'm not saying this is how they want it done, I'm just saying that's the general idea of what I did. (Not word for word)
