They should. I don't think most of their newhires have been flying very long. It sounds like they just learned how to use the radio last week. The one I heard yesterday wouldn't be allowed to SOLO if it were me.

For the original poster, go wherever you get the best quality of life. I'd try to avoid commuting if it were me.
