When you keep doing maintenance job by calling and calling to get them to the plane you are hurting yourself. When you have to call for gas 5 times even though they know the plane can’t fly without it, you are hurting yourself. When you call about a deadhead you were supposed to have a ticket for and they never booked it for you, you are hurting yourself. If you stop doing everyone else’s job the place falls apart. Then the place will be forced to grow up and become an airline that can take care of itself. Your life will be about flying the plane safely from points A-B. It’s not a hard concept to understand.
