You are correct, but what are you gonna do about it? I've had CS call me, saying the airport was looking for me, while I was standing at the gate with no one around except the CA and I. And yes, I had checked in on the app. Silliness.
I've also had flights cancel and CS unaware of it, and they called me and asked me why I wasn't at the plane. You know, the plane that never arrived.
I don’t know at some point expect leadership to take responsibility and fix stuff. Look I totally get that it won’t be perfect and mistakes happen but we really don’t even try these days. It’s just tough to watch it happen over and over when we all know it could be fixed.
