You can't be kicked for W/B, if a fed/etc bumps you, you still get a seat. Its better than a full fare PS ticket to assure you're getting there.
Fake JS contingency reservations littering the system until they're cancelled hurts the entire system save for a few pilots. Its almost as bad as the spousebots listing someone at 12:00:01 which also needs to be cracked down on.
Time to stop the insanity and count JS as a 1 flight commute option.
As a commuter, I fully support this position!! I have been kicked off a jumpseat for an Line check and the company called me immediately and booked me PS. This would be a huge QOL improvement for commuters, especially those commuting in from cities with less frequency.......
