I’m a former military RW guy with roughly 5000 TT, 2000 of which is SIC at a regional and a LCC. I’ve been applying to Southwest for a couple years and plan on continuing to do so. With basically zero TPIC (2000 RW PIC) would you all think getting a 73 type would be beneficial? Get a Check Airmen position at your current employer and I'll bet when you do your update the interview email will go out within seconds! The 737 type isn't the magic it once was back in the day. Check as many boxes as possible. Good luck!
