Absolutely false.....
I’ve got a buddy who just got a CJO with 18,000 TT. And 12,000+ PIC/TPIC. And the CP meet and greet this very subject was brought up and the CL mentioned how they love highly seasoned pilots and are trying to find more.

The problem is finding these guys who are young enough and who want to jump ship.

He turned down his CJO BTW....
