Right now DCA you can hold right out of training. CLT is 6 months from date of hire. 14 months from hire to hold a RD1 line in CLT and 13 months to hold a RD1 line in DCA.
Can anyone chime in with how many hours a new hire might expect to fly at DCA? I thought I read in another thread that there was lots of time sitting reserve but hours were around 20-30/month, is that correct?
