Ditto on the websites...as of now, you have to be able to graduate from UPT before 29, but it IS (just like almost everything else) waiverable, especially since you're prior enlisted. I've heard that the Guard in some cases is able to waive the 4 year degree requirement with some kind of "pledge" to finish before you pin on Captain. No dice without the degree in the Reserves.
