Attrition isn’t killing the company. It is running higher this year than last, YTD.

What number would make the company take notice? More than 50 a year for a couple of years?
Not saying that will happen. I'm just curious what management's unacceptable attrition number is when it comes to junior FOs leaving for other airlines.
