Yes, I'm glad to be a senior FO. Not really interested in an upgrade. No incentive to be junior. Can't stand training. No regrets on my part for bypassing upgrade now or in the future.

First choice of line, first choice of vacation, and flying with the same handful of captains and engineers from month to month to the same cities keeps this job manageable.
