I had the app reviewed twice and I had the meet and greet a few months back. I am not exactly sure what United is looking for but I keep trying to make myself more competitive. I think that part of the problem is the fact that I am one of many thousands pilots that got stuck at regionals for almost a decade. Most of my time was in the right seat of an RJ. By the time I upgraded I missed the boat and United started hiring through CPP. I left XJT a month before the United CPP was announced and here I am at Jetblue over 3 years later.
