Maintenance coerces pilots into flying un-airworthy equipment and will ops check ok a missing wing if they could get away with it.

Pay is low, health benefits are lower, per diem is even sub-standard.

The Scheduling fiefdom is run by a single maniacal troll for 200+ pilots.

Basically if that company did not use the "Delta" name it would have gone under a long time ago. They are borrowing credibility from their parent company's brand to attract pilots, customers, and airplane owners all who eventually wake up to find themselves smelling like vaseline and cheap liquor.

But hey, your friends and family will think you work for Delta Air Lines, so you got that going for you!
