Got one several years ago and noticed something wasn't the same (in a bad way) but couldn't tell for sure other than it seemed cheaper in many ways. Didn't even think to check the tags for a while, but who cares because its the Navy O1-10 jacket so it has to be squared away.

Finally noticed a made in a foreign country tag. I called them and asked and they actually claimed that their USA factory was slipping in quality, so they went to an out of country vendor to increase quality. Bwahahahahaha!

So I then asked "so is the current Navy Officer jacket now also made in the same foreign country?" Um, well, no, its still made in the USA. "Oh, so it is also the same clearly lower quality as the one I currently have, or worse, because USA can't make them right anymore?" Crickets.

Not sure about quality or where its made today and don't care, won't buy another one.
