Reviving this thread, like the guy above I am considering applying as a CFI at this school since I am from Oregon and looks like plenty of opportunities to build time here. Their website says they will pay for CFII and MEI is there any CFI's currently working here that can give me some insight into this school? I am assuming there is a contract required if they pay for additional instructor ratings..
