You don’t know that at all. Piedmont management has a history negotiating rates several dollars an hour lower than other Wholly Owned regionals flying the same aircraft. Let’s see what all of the published rates are before getting excited. Piedmont lags so far behind in other areas that even matching hourly pay rates doesn’t equate to pay parity either.
