My understanding is that they’re already trying to force some mediocre pay rate on us but the union won’t accept it until something better is offered. Since negotiations appear to be at a standstill (I’m actually not 100% sure what’s going on with negotiations since the union won’t communicate anything) I would assume we’re riding this out now and not doing anything as we speak.

It’s been 5 days, I’m tired of the silence man, they’ve done a **** poor job at communicating anything and wIll just turn the pilot group against them.
