How does Jetblue view previous training failures, long story short I would like to have a career at Jetblue. However, I have few oral failures and a PC failure. I do own up to my failures and have my reasons behind these failures as they were mainly due to personal/family challenges. On a positive note, the last failure was in 2016 and since then that I have been through 2 part 121 type ratings without any failure or retraining events. Don’t take this the wrong way...
but from your previous posts you’ve been through training at 3-4 different regionals and a “major” in the past 4 years with multiple Oral & multiple PC failures. While It’s not disqualifying, for the short time you’ve been flying 121 you’ll have to do some pretty darn good explaining of what you’ve learned. Multiple busts at multiple carriers is different than a bad day in the sim. Nothing against you, just something to be prepared for. Be completely honest & Good Luck!
