Take what very substandard terms the company brings to the table or an Arbitrator will impose it. Condolences to all of the Atlas and Southern guys. Remember that in 2016 BK told everyone to vote with their feet who was under the age of 55. If you're a 747 Captain it'd take you 3.7 years to earn your money back if you go to FedEx or UPS. Less if you're in a lesser paying seat... I wish all of you the best of luck.
