Interesting that the more experienced get the less demanding of the two jobs, no? Always thought flying Dashes through the Northeast weather should have been on top of the pay scale. 8 legs a day a decade ago wasn't rare for those pilots. Getting bounced to hell, playing with all those levers, and literally being looked down upon on the ramp.. Flying the same passengers.... And one great safety record to boot.... Respect..
