I'm very much assuming the company offered the same blended rates out if the gate, and the union wanted more + reserve/QOL improvements, when they weren't even on the table prior to this. You should really look into the pay banding we “enjoy”.
50 seat rates until about 10-11 months before you flow is what you should expect.
