Obviously I'm not a legal scholar and I get that the arbitrator gave his opinion that sided with the company. But where does he get jurisdiction to impose a 45 day limit for a SLI? There are other lawsuits and arbitrations that may not be concluded within that time frame. Smacks of a corrupt anti labor and over reaching decision.
