Yes and that’s exactly why it’s important to keep an eye on changes over time, versus merely taking a snapshot at any single point in time.
Getting to 600 pilots this year has never been considered realistic anyways nor is it “do or die”. What’s really important are hiring numbers are way up, upgrade times are way down and we have a realistic shot at growth and financial stability.
If this continues we’ll easily clear 600 pilots next year.
