PBS is great when it has the right rules written in our contract! At VX it worked most of the time but some months you got crap that wasn’t explainable and if you inquired you would get some ‘mystery’ explanation on why it did that. PBS works generally really well for the top 75% of the seniority list.
However, PBS does allow you to pick “days off” that you need fairly easily.

I’ll be happy to keep Line Bidding ONLY if it removes this ridiculous requirement to pick up if you are below target time! Having Conflicts is the only reason Line Bidding has any advantage over PBS!
Those saying “you really want to give control to the company” must be living in some alternate reality because our current form of Line Bidding gives ALL control to the company...🤔
