Whats' better, a 2.2 GPA from the academy in general studies or an on line degree in aerospace engineering with a 3.9 from a reputable school?

OBTW...what's the Academy? Star-fleet Academy? Boy Scout Academy? Academy of Liberal Arts at the Ringling Brothers Big Top Show Extravaganza in Sarasota? I mean nothing compares to the Academy....am I right?
